1. Who we are

This website is operated by Mondongroupofcompanies, trading as Essentials by Mondongroupofcompanies, 4 Hunmanby Avenue, Manchester, M15 5FE, United Kingdom. Email: Mondongroupofcompanies@gmail.com. Phone: +44 7907 158266.

2. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock problem or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, packaging and minor specifications can vary. Please read each description before ordering.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and your right to cancel and return is covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Safe use

Use products in line with their instructions. Electrical and battery products must be charged and used as directed. Safety devices and emergency equipment are aids and are not a guarantee of safety.

7. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

9. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
