Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Estimated delivery

After processing (estimates, not guarantees):

United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
International: 10-25 business days

Cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Options and prices depend on your destination and basket.

Tracking

We email tracking details once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Multiple items

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties, VAT or fees by your country. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check your address before ordering. We can't be responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays, loss or damage
